Seating chart tools compared by documented workflow

Seatify is in private beta, so this page separates its public sample demo and waitlist from generally available competitor offerings. Every competitor statement maps to a dated official first-party source.

Independent methodology

Four seating-chart tools, checked on August 5, 2026

Seatify’s editorial team checked each non-Seatify statement against the linked official first-party page on . We did not use affiliate rankings, review scores, search snippets, or vendor artwork. Seatify’s row is based on the implementation SHA and repository paths disclosed below.

Access labels are intentionally different: free/public means an official page offers a no-cost starting path and may still require an account; trial can retain limits;paid requires a purchase for the stated unlock; Enterpriseuses a tailored sales path; and early access is not a generally available free plan.

SeatifyEarly access. The current /free page leads to a waitlist; planned Starter limits are not presented here as generally available. A public interactive demo shows a sample relationship-aware seating flow. The organizer workspace requires an account. Try the demo now or join the early-access waitlist. This comparison makes no public-plan price or usage-limit promise.
